Moving Beyond the Device...

Device Identification is a relatively young technology tool used in online fraud prevention. It establishes a unique ID for a device that is attempting to access a website by assigning the device a token ID. This token ID can be tracked across multiple user transactions, providing a unique identifier that makes it possible to differentiate one entity from all the other entities accessing the site.
