BEAT FRAUD, BOOST SALES
Recorded Webinar
Beat Fraud, Boost Sales - How to Stop Credit Card Fraud without Restricting Sales (To Any Country)
The rise of card-not-present ecommerce transactions has created a new, sophisticated level of international criminals. Merchants are forced to impose hard-and-fast rules on which credit card transactions to accept, and from where to accept them.
That blanket approach stops many fraudulent transactions, but it also blocks many legitimate, honest consumers — in the U.S. and worldwide. This webinar will explain how new, hosted fraud platforms can instantly detect both fraudulent orders and legitimate orders, reducing detection time and increasing sales from honest — but easily suspected — customers.
"Beat Fraud, Boost Sales - How to Stop Credit Card Fraud without Restricting Sales" is a free educational webinar. The presenters are Don Bush, director of marketing at Kount, a leading SaaS fraud-prevention platform, and Armando Roggio, senior contributing editor with Practical eCommerce. Kount is also the sponsor of the webinar.
Key Discussion Points:
- The real costs of manual reviews and of rule-based fraud detection.
- Why a low chargeback rate may actually be costing you money.
- The importance of overseas markets for U.S.-based ecommerce growth.
- How a SaaS-based fraud-prevention platform prevents the bad transactions and allows the honest ones — from any country.
